Move Blob Data More Predictably

Azure Storage Mover is now generally available with Blob-to-Blob transfers and built-in scheduling. It supports one-time or recurring migrations, which gives teams more control over when and how data moves.

This is useful when you need large-scale migration jobs to run on a schedule instead of being managed by hand. It can reduce manual effort, speed up cutovers, and help control egress and storage costs during migrations.

Improve Messaging Availability for Critical Workloads

Azure Service Bus Premium namespaces in AZ-enabled regions now qualify for a 99.99% uptime SLA, and Confidential Computing for Service Bus Premium has also expanded. Microsoft says both updates improve availability and compliance guarantees.

Get a More Practical FinOps Toolkit

FinOps toolkit v14 adds a Copilot Studio FinOps agent template, and it also ingests Azure Advisor and Resource Graph recommendations into FinOps hubs. Microsoft says hub deployment is simpler too.

The update also previews a commitment discount eligibility dataset to help with reservation and savings plan planning. That’s helpful if your team wants more actionable cost savings without stitching together as many separate sources by hand.
